<p>이은희 인하대 소비자학과 교수는 “구글 동일한 글로벌 오프라인 산업자도 매출에만 신경쓰지, 문제가 생성했을 때 적절한 대처를 하지 않는 때가 적지 않다”면서 “구글 소액결제 케이스가 불어나고 있다면 구글이 가장 제일 먼저 할 일은 이런 일이 또 발생하지 않게 조치를 취하는 것”이라고 이야기 했다.</p>
